Welcome to Rosewood Garden, where we are committed to making your special event truly unforgettable. To ensure a smooth and professional planning experience, we have outlined a clear booking process below. Please read our policy carefully before securing your date with us.
Step 1 – Initial Enquiry
Once we receive your enquiry, our team will provide you with a detailed event quote based on your requirements, including our pricing per guest. This initial estimate will help you understand the cost of hosting your event at Rosewood Garden.
Step 2 – Venue Viewing
We will schedule a private viewing appointment at a convenient time. During this tour, you’ll explore our beautifully designed venue and discuss your event vision with our team. This step helps you determine if Rosewood Garden is the perfect fit for your celebration.
Step 3 – Contract & Deposit
After the viewing, we will send you a formal contract outlining the terms and conditions of your booking. To secure your chosen date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
If you cancel or postpone your event, we will only refund the deposit if we are able to resell the date to another client.
Step 4 – Food Tasting & Event Planning
Once your date is secured, we will invite you to a food tasting session to sample our delicious menu options. You’ll also meet with our event coordinator to design every detail of your event, from seating plans to décor and schedule.
Step 5 – Final Payment
The final balance of your booking is due no later than 1 month before your event date. Full payment must be received on time to ensure all arrangements proceed smoothly.
